Muslim CEOs Dinner Series – Birmingham (May)

Guest Speaker

Join us in Birmingham as we host guest speaker, Faeeza Vaid MBE of Pregnant Then Screwed.

Faeeza is a charity leader, facilitator and consultant with over 15 years’ experience in social justice and systems change. Her work is shaped by lived experience, a
strong commitment to justice, and a belief that leadership is an amanah — a responsibility to create fairer, more compassionate systems for others.

She is currently Director of Operations at Pregnant Then Screwed, having served previously as its Deputy CEO, a charity that works to end the motherhood penalty by supporting parents facing workplace discrimination, and campaigning for long-term change. She also serves as a Trustee of Muslim Women’s Network UK and The Smallwood Trust, a national funder working to end gendered poverty.

Alongside her leadership roles, Faeeza also runs her own consultancy, Inside Out Leaders, supporting organisations with values-led leadership, culture and organisational development.

This event is hosted in partnership with Muslim Women Founders.
