Adam Kiani is the founder and Chief Executive of the Academy Investment Group (AIG). AIG encompasses education, leisure and hospitality, manufacturing and e-commerce.

The AIG owns PT Academy which is the UK’s largest fitness education company. Founded in 2009, the PT Academy rapidly expanded, partnering with every major health club chain, creating sustainable routes into employment for its graduates.

The AIG part-owns Ruthless Strength, which manufactures high-end steel gym equipment. AIG owns a boutique gym and coffee shops in Birmingham, and also operates an investment arm in real estate and property.

Adam was awarded the Director of the Year Award in 2018 for Innovation and the Young Directors Award in 2021 by the Institute of Directors, where he also now serves as ambassador for Young Directors.

Adam is also an actor, appearing in several films and TV series, including as a stuntman, using his skills as a former kick-boxing world champion.
