Safaraz Ali a social entrepreneur with over 24 years of impact in the skills, employability, and care sector. He founded Pathway Group in 2000, an organisation that changes lives through skills and work. Safaraz is also the founder and chair of the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards and Alliance, formerly known as the BAME Apprenticeship Alliance & Awards, which recognises and celebrates the achievements of diverse apprentices, employers, and learning providers.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals and an Honorary Associate in Residence at The Open University, and is a published author of 4 books, a podcast host, and a judge for several entrepreneurship and business awards.

Safaraz supports established SME business owners that are seeking to scale either with investment and or a mentorship relationship.
