Hana is an Investment Director at Big Issue Invest and serves as the Fund Manager of the £25m Growth Impact Fund, delivered in partnership with UnLtd. She backs diverse-led social ventures across health, education, and economic empowerment with flexible, patient capital. Alongside her investment role, she advises the West Yorkshire Combined Authority on Strategy and Innovation in the region and mentors diverse emerging fund managers through the Pathway Programme.

A former banking executive with over 15 years across Financial Services, Hana specialises in corporate strategy, data, and technology transformation. Her investment experience spans venture philanthropy and early-stage VC, including launching a global venture philanthropy firm and investing in Silicon Valley across Foundational AI, HealthTech, FinTech and Consumer Tech. Hana combines institutional discipline with venture agility, supporting founders through fundraising, go-to-market strategy, commercial readiness, governance and scale.
